Minneapolis Energy Efficiency Loan and Grant
The City of Minneapolis is offering a loan and grant to help residents improve the energy efficiency of their homes.

- Borrowers who receive the Minneapolis Energy Efficiency Loan to receive this Grant. The Grant is in conjunction with the loan, and Grant amount will be based on eligible project cost, 不是贷款金额.

- Loan amount can cover 100% of project cost, including utility rebates.
- Term determined by loan amount.
- Credit requirements: CenterPoint EZPAY borrowers must meet all CenterPoint Energy eligibility requirements. All mortgage payments and property taxes must be current.
- Work cannot begin prior to loan approval and closing.

- Heat Pump Electric Water Heaters (must be Energy Star rated).

- Health and Safety issues addressed when performing any of the work items above; system replacement due to combustion safety, radon and asbestos mitigation, knob and tube wiring and ventilation.
